1. General Information
Venus Tailors provides tailoring services, fabric sales, and ready-made clothing. By using our website or visiting our shop, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms listed here.
2. Custom Tailoring Orders
All garments stitched by Venus Tailors are custom-made as per the measurements provided by the customer.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements and design choices are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Any changes requested after stitching has begun may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices for products and services may change without prior notice.
All payments must be made in full before delivery.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if offered), payment must be made at the time of receiving the product.
Taxes, fees, or additional charges (if applicable) will be informed beforehand.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Custom-tailored clothing is non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any orders.
In case of damaged or defective products, customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will review the issue for possible correction or replacement.

5. Fabrics Purchased
Fabrics purchased from Venus Tailors are non-returnable once cut, altered, or used.
Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or dye batches. These are not considered defects.
6. Measurements & Fit
We take great care while taking measurements, but customers may request trial fittings for additional accuracy.
If a fitting issue occurs, we offer minor alterations free of cost within 7 days of delivery.
Major changes or redesigns may be chargeable.
7. Ready-Made Garments
Ready-made garments may be eligible for exchange within 7 days if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
No cash refunds will be provided.
8. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, design, and logos—is the property of Venus Tailors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us (name, phone number, address, etc.) will be used only for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Venus Tailors is not responsible for damage to garments caused by improper use, washing, dry cleaning, or handling after delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, electricity issues, supplier delays, or emergencies.
11. Shop Policies
Visitors are expected to behave respectfully with staff and other customers.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive or inappropriate behavior.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Venus Tailors may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
