Venus Tailors specializes in custom tailoring and handcrafted garments. Since every piece is made to order as per your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We request customers to double-check all details—such as measurements, fabrics, and design—before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
Venus Tailors does not offer refunds on any orders, whether domestic or international.
In case of a damaged or defective product, we will review your concern and assist with a replacement or alteration, as applicable.
